Our Ellie is a bit of a history buff, when not at work she loves visiting historical locations, museums and castles … and what better place for a history buff to work than the historic Crown and Treaty with its gorgeous original wood panelled rooms upstairs and rich history!
Ellie is really passionate about creating amazing events for our guests and loves taking guests on a little tour of all our historic nooks and crannies!
Sam
General Manager
Sam (he’s the one on the left!) joined the Crown and Treaty in December 2022
Having survived a busy Christmas he now has lots of plans in store for 2023 and beyond!
A beach bum at heart, Sam has spent many an evening frequenting beach side bars after a days SCUBA diving.
Has a rich history in running functions and providing great guest experiences, something he wants to bring to the C&T.
When he’s not at work he can be found SCUBA diving, playing squash and racquet ball and back in the day played a bit of rugby too!
